Walkers Are Welcome

With Jedburgh having attained the Walkers Are Welcome status in February 2011 it is now hoped that the town will see even more walkers coming to the area and spending a few days walking and enjoying the wonderful local walks. We are also wanting the local community to enjoy and make more use of the great network of waymarked walks so as part of the promotion of this new accolade plans are been made for a weekend walking festival where all residents and visitors alike will be offered free guide walks in and around the town.
Watch this space for details on timing and walking events.
